Browser trouble for Business Central online customers

A lot of Business Central customers around the world are reporting an issue with missing top icons in Business Central.

If you are unable to access the “Tell Me” and the “My settings” – you can use shortcut ALT+Q for “Tell me” and shortcut ALT+T for “My settings”.

The issue is raised with Microsoft so we hope for a quick solution to it.

But these shortcuts at least make it possible to use the system.

Update 30.August 2022:
The cause of this seems to be a problem with the loading of OfficeShell. Clearing your browser history for the last 7 days is reported to fix the problem.
