How to activate use of Power Automate flows in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Power Automate is becoming a more and more important part of the functionality in Business Central. And the possibility to design Power Automate flows is now available in almost all pages in Business Central.

But to active this possibility you need to enable it through the feature management page in Business Central.

To go to the feature management page go to “Tell me” and search for feature management.

In the feature management page you can control when new features in Business Central are enabled for your users. You can also learn more about the new features.
To activate the Power Automate flows in Business Central you can click the “Try it out” and you can go to “Learn more” to read about the specific feature. And Business Central will restart your session. After that is completed you will see the new Automate menu item in most of the pages in Business Central.
