The voting period for Dynamics Con is about to expire – Vote before 19th of January 2022 at 8:00 pm ETD.

Dynamics Con is held 15th of March 2022 to 17th of March 2022. It is a free virtual learning event where lots of Microsoft Business application users and professionals takes part.

The content that will be presented is voted for among the community members.

The submissions are now done and you are able to vote for the content that you find most interesting. There are tracks for Business Central, Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Dynamics GP and Power Platform.

Together with Steve Endow I have submitted a session we have called “The Role of a BC Application Consultant in a World of AL Dev”. What we will cover in the session is: “Should a Business Central application consultant learn about AL development? Does an understanding of AL empower an application consultant to better help customers and BC developers? We say YES! In this session, we’ll share the value that application consultants can gain from having some knowledge of AL development, from design, to development, to application support. We’ll highlight 5 benefits of cross training functional and technical consultants and users!”

The idea for the session came from a blog post I wrote in December last year followed by a discussion on Twitter.

We also did a YouTube video about the topic earlier this month where Mark Tweedie joined us.

You have 14 votes available and you can vote for session in all the different tracks.

I hope you will head over to Dynamics Con to register for the event and vote for our session and other sessions you find interesting.

We hope to see you at Dynamics Con in March.
