The purpose of this section of my website is to give you en introduction to the things you need to know and the things you need to do when you start using Business Central. I hope this can serve as a useful guide both for new and experienced Business Central users.
My initial thought was to write a book covering the topics you can read about in this section. But i decided to publish this as a website instead. Having this on a website makes it more flexible and easy to update and that is very handy when we work with a product like Business Central that is constantly evolving and expanding.
Making this a website and not a book also gives me the opportunity to start publishing parts of this section and not having to wait until everything is completed and published together.
As a result of these decisions the information you find here will not be complete in the beginning but you will regularly find new content here that hopefully can make your on boarding to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central more easy. If you want to start out with more complete guides to getting started with Business Central there while waiting for me to complete this guide. There are several books available written by people with a great insight and knowledge about Business Central.
So the table below is built like what the table of content would probably be like if this was to ever be a book. You can use it to jump directly to the section you want to read about or just start on the top and read you through it all step by step. If there are important sections you are missing or things you think i should speed up writing about – feel free to contact me.
